How to copy a video URL
A video URL is the https address of one video page. The share button is usually more reliable than selecting text on the screen, because share sheets are built to copy the link.
On a phone
- Open the video and wait until it is the item on screen, not a profile grid.
- Tap Share, then Copy link. The wording varies by app.
- If the clipboard includes a sentence, keep only the token that starts with https://.
On a computer
- Play the video so the address bar shows the watch page.
- Click the address bar and copy it, or use the page’s Share → Copy link control.
- Do not copy a search results URL if you meant one video.
